Upon his release, one of his cellmates asks him to bodyguard his sister Rosie, who is being threatened by a diamond broker over some diamonds. Connie becomes a reluctant bodyguard to Rosie. While in prison, his name got on "the list," a collection of people to go to when you've exhausted all other options.
